This page explains what Equitix Capital does with the information you share with us through this website, WhatsApp, phone or email.

What we collect

Only what you send us: your name, contact details, and what you tell us about the property you want to buy, sell or let, such as budget, timeline and preferred communities.

How we use it

To reply to you, to advise you on property, and to send the monthly market note if you ask for it. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We share details with a developer, landlord, seller, bank or the Dubai Land Department only when needed to complete a transaction you have asked us to handle.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information from your browser to deliver them.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are working with you, and afterwards only for as long as the law or our licence requires us to keep transaction records.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop the monthly note at any time. Write to kamran@equitixcapital.com.
